I use a BOCS home audio video distribution system. It modulates the output of my TiVo onto a cable channel so I can share Tivos to any TV in my house. I wrote a few detailed reviews on AVSForum if anyone wants to read them.
My issue though is that the TiVOHD audio output is too high and clips the input of BOCS. I want to use the ffmpeg -vol switch to reduce the volume.
Where is the easiest place to insert the -vol switch into pyTivo and not screw up the rest of the default functionality?
