I installed pytivo but when new files are download to the shared directories I have to close pytivo and reopen the console to refresh the list. I have this installed on a new server as my old one went down in flames. Does it have to be running as a service to automatically update?
Because I'm in the middle of a migration from a physical video server to a VM within ESXi, I have two pyTivo servers running. My first setup was a wgw build from '09-ish on Solaris 10. The new VM is running the latest checkout of wmcbrine's fork on CentOS 6. Both access an identical NFS export from a third file server.
The old automatically reflects all additions to the directories, while the new is only able to see about half of the files in a subdirectory of the share called "Movies" (43 vs 118)... Service restarts (hard or soft) do not have any effect. Both are functioning more or less perfectly otherwise.
