Is there any way to prevent my Tivo Minis from showing up in the "Send to TiVo" menu in the web interface? It appears that the menu order is determined by IP address so I've already set my Roamio as the lowest to have it show up as the default.
I totally half-assed it by wrapping the drop down menu options but it works for my single Roamio setup. I'm 100% sure there is a better way to handle this in config.py but haven't figured it out so far.

I know this is kind of an old post, but while I was looking for an answer to this same question, I stumble upon this post. Interestingly enough, I found a simpler answer to this problem in an unrelated topic in the trouble shooting guide about trying to locate your TiVo.
On of the step included setting a specific beacon to your TiVo Box in the config file.
So assuming you are using static routes for your devices via your router, (typically routers are set to use DHCP by default).
You can easily add the following to your pyTivo.conf to ignore the Tivo Mini.
Under [server] add:
beacon = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Replace the x's with your Tivo IP address
If you have more than one Tivo just add a second beacon line with that Tivo IP.
