Hey everyone.

I notice that when I'm in the transfer screen on the Tivo that the duration is accurate, however, once it's transferred, the video is maybe 20% longer. I also notice that when I forward or reverse it skips back much farther, I'm assuming due to the timing issue.

I've tried replacing the FFMPEG but I just got another error so I went with the original I had. My FFMPEG was fine as I never changed it, the timing just became off.

Suggestions?

Update to the latest version in my repo and see if it helps. (I added "-muxdelay 0" to the FFmpeg options.)

Thanks! I feel like I'm losing my mind though as I did a search on github and couldn't find it and I didn't find it on your own page under pytivo section.

Are you just recommending the one from https://ffmpeg.org/?

Sorry, I'm talking about updating pyTivo, not FFmpeg.

Please report back if this update does indeed fix your timing issue.

I am using a very old ffmpeg to avoid the problem, and would like to get rid of that if I can.
